Cumberland Children’s Center, better known as the “House of Hope,” is a short-term care facility providing care and services for drug endangered, abused and at-risk children of Cumberland County. These children have fallen victim to physical, emotional, environmental and sexual abuse as well as being exposed to drugs. A large percentage of children brought to the House of Hope for care results primarily from their parent’s illegal drug use.s:HOH BROCHURE 2014
